COVID-19 UPDATE
As leaders in technology, our team is able to provide remote videoconferencing services to keep your cases moving. Preparation is key, and we will handle all of that for you.
We have our Virginia Electronic Notary, which permits us to give oaths through a secure videoconference connection. You may request our virtual technician to electronically ‘share’ documents/exhibits during the deposition for everyone to view. We can also video record your virtual deposition if desired. We have established successful solutions for you so that everyone can remain at their home or office.
If you need to schedule an in-person proceeding, please contact us to discuss the options. We are following all guidelines from the CDC and state officials to ensure our clients and staff are in a safe environment.
We have extensive experience setting up and hosting Zoom mediations, meetings, and settlement conferences.
